By accessing or using the COLT mobile application ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Can Çelik ("Developer").
The Service is intended for users aged 13 years or older. By using COLT, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using supported authentication methods such as Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
All content within COLT, including but not limited to the Colt Fox mascot, application design, visual elements, branding, and learning systems, are the intellectual property of Can Çelik. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without written permission.
Some features of the Service are offered through paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Billing management and refund requests must be handled directly through the respective platform provider.

We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
COLT is a language learning tool and does not guarantee specific educational results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Turkey.
